Applications： The carbon dioxide incubator is a device for in vitro culture of cells/tissues. It is an advanced instrument for the culture of cells, tissues and bacteria, and a key equipment necessary for con-ducting immunology, oncology, genetics and bioengineering.

Product Features: ·The box shell is processed and formed from high-quality galvanized sheet, and the surface is treated by spraying process, which is anti-corrosive and durable. The inner tank is made of high-quality 304 mirror-finish stainless steel. The four corners of the inner tank are semi-arc-shaped, which is convenient for cleaning. ·It has the functions of viewing real-time curves such as temperature and CO2 concentration, as well as historical data curves. It also has the functions of data recording, down loading and exporting (exporting to a USB flash drive in two formats: CVS and PDF), and has the functions of fault alarm and fault information viewing. ·The 7-inch touch screen control display enables real-time monitoring and control of parameters such as temperature and CO2 concentration. The controller has a locking function to prevent miss operation. ·It adopts imported infrared IRCO2 concentration sensors, featuring stable control and a long service life. ·The imported SMC solenoid valve can effectively control the intake efficiency of CO2 and prevent the stability of intake from being affected by excessively high or low pressure. ·PT100 temperature sensor ensures precise control of the temperature inside the box. ·Six-sided heating: The outer box door has a heating function, which can effectively prevent the formation of condensation water and facilitate the observation of the experimental process. ·UV sterilization function; It can regularly sterilize the box, effectively preventing contamination during cell culture. ·Microbial filter: The CO2 inlet is equipped with a microbial filter, which has a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% for particles with a diameter greater than 0.3μm.
