It covers the entire process from saccharification to fermentation, filtration and filling. The temperature control error of the saccharification tank is ±0.5℃ and the filling accuracy is ±1ml. It supports switching between multiple specifications such as bottles, cans and barrels.

Contact parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel, and the welds are polished to eliminate any unsanitary corners. They meet FDA and CE standards and are equipped with a dual sterilization system to ensure quality.

The PLC touch screen system features one-button start/stop, a multi-language interface, real-time monitoring of process parameters, automatic recording of production data, and support for quality traceability and fault early warning.
