Questions and answers
What is the difference between GRL8-01 and GRL8-02?
According to the listing, the GRL8-01 works in 2-level control mode (start and stop at two probe heights). The GRL8-02 can be set to 2-level or 1-level control.
What is it used for?
The listing names level monitoring in wells, basins, reservoirs and tanks. You choose PUMP UP to fill a tank or PUMP DOWN to drain a sump.
Which liquids does it work with?
It is a conductive (resistive) level relay: the probes sense the liquid through its resistance, adjustable from 5 to 100 kΩ. Check that your liquid is conductive and inside that range.
Can it switch a pump directly?
The output is one SPDT contact rated 10 A / AC1 (resistive load). Compare that rating with your pump or contactor coil before wiring; for larger motors, the relay normally drives a contactor.
Does it run on 24 V DC control power?
Yes. The listing gives a wide supply range of AC/DC 24–240 V, so the same unit fits 24 V DC panels and 120/230 V AC panels.
Can I order several for a project?
Yes. For quantity pricing, request a written quote on our Wholesale & Bulk Orders page.
